Reiki I Shoden Training

Service Description

The reiki attunement course is available as a one on one training. The day and time for the course is arranged according to mutual availability. It runs for 3 - 4 hours and includes a set of chakra crystals, comprehensive manual and certificate. Herbal tea and filtered water is supplied. If your booked time runs through noon please bring your lunch. There is a fridge and microwave available if needed. Reiki is a spiritual healing art with its roots in Japanese origin. The word reiki comes from the Japanese word (Rei) which means “Universal Life” and (Ki) which means “Energy”. It is a subtle and effective form of energy work using spiritually guided life force energy. I teach from the Usui Reiki tradition. Reiki is the life energy that flows through all living things. Everyone has the ability to connect with their own healing energy and use it to strengthen energy in themselves and help others. Energy should be strong and free flowing to assist in keeping both body and mind in a positive state of health. When our energy flow is weak or blocked it could lead to symptoms of physical or emotional imbalance. During the reiki course you will learn about the founder, principles and history of reiki, how to perform reiki on yourself and others and about the energetic body. This course includes both theory and practical hands on experience. We cover a lot of material so after completion in person and phone support is included at any time by appointment for as long as you need. My reiki training cost covers phone and email support as and if required as well as in person support at my rooms. This is my commitment to you as your reiki sensei. **No prior knowledge or experience of reiki is required.
